Focused treatment for tired feet and lower legs, with massage, pressure-point work and stretching adjusted to your comfort.
Feet and lower legs carry the load of standing, walking, training and long workdays. A focused Foot Massage can be booked on its own or discussed as part of a longer treatment.
Your therapist may work through the feet, ankles, calves and related lower-leg muscles using massage, pressure-point techniques and gentle stretching. Treatment is adapted if areas are sensitive or if you have an existing foot or ankle concern.
Every person responds differently. Your therapist will tailor the session to your needs and comfort.
Tell your therapist about any recent injury, swelling, skin issue, numbness or diagnosed foot condition. The treatment can focus on the feet alone or include the calves and lower legs depending on time and suitability.
Pressure-point work should feel tolerable. Ask your therapist to adjust pressure if an area feels sharp or uncomfortable.
Read feedback from clients who visit Muscles Care for pain management, movement, recovery and regular body maintenance.

The current Muscles Care service uses massage, pressure-point work and stretching. Do not label it reflexology unless the treating therapist and service are formally offered that way.
Massage may be used as part of care for foot and calf tension, but heel or foot pain can have different causes. Consider Remedial Massage or Myotherapy for a more detailed assessment.
Unexplained, sudden or significant swelling should be medically assessed. Tell the clinic about injuries, infection, skin problems or circulation concerns before booking.
